A one hour entertainment for your guild members that will enable them to learn about a new applique technique to embellish their quilts and other projects. Within the programme each of your members will learn a little about each step of the Scrappy Applique process to get an overall idea of how it works. I will leave them with lots of inspiration for project ideas in the end to get them excited and inspired to create their own wonderful quilts featuring their stunning creative portfolio.

This technique is for beginner and advanced quilters alike. The programme itself is scheduled for 45min which will leave 15min for Q&A in the end.

In this in-depth workshop we learn the whole process of Scrappy Applique in detail and create our own small project. 4-5 hours of pure creation and having fun using our left over fabrics or new colour coordinated fabric packs to create different patterns for our quilts. We cover different cutting options, how to use clear thread for our applique, best tips and tricks for working with interfacing and fusible web and most importantly creating a new applique out of fabric scraps. :)
